Products: All fabrics are hand-dyed using professional dyes on brand-name cross-stitch fabrics. As with all hand-dyed textiles, slight variation between dye batches is normal.

Colour Fastness: Hand-dyed fabrics are not fully colourfast. We recommend avoiding prolonged soaking and testing threads as needed.

Made to Order: Most fabrics are made to order. Turnaround time is approximately 3 weeks prior to dispatch.

Payment: Payment is taken at checkout. We accept card payments via Shopify Payments and PayPal.

Shipping: Shipping rates and services are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.

Non-VAT Registered Seller: Stoneybank Creations is not VAT registered. Prices are displayed without VAT and no VAT is collected or charged.
