Refund policy

We want your stitching experience to be a happy one, so we do accept returns and cancellations under the conditions below.

Cancellations: Cancellations are accepted until the order has shipped. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, uncut, in original condition

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
