Shipping policy

All Stoneybank Creations fabrics are hand-dyed to order. Please allow 3 weeks for your order to be dyed, dried, pressed and prepared for dispatch.

Dispatch Times: Once ready, orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. Customers may upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout.
Estimated Delivery: Tracked 48: approx 2–3 working days after dispatch
Tracked 24: approx 1–2 working days after dispatch
Shipping Costs: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on selected service.
Shipping Area: We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.
Delivery Issues: In the rare event a parcel is delayed or lost, we will open an enquiry with Royal Mail. If Royal Mail confirms loss or the package does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, you may choose either a replacement or a refund.
Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
